2. Products and Prices
Product characteristics, package size, quantity and price are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Prices are in Turkish Lira and include 20% VAT. Shipping costs are calculated by weight/volumetric weight and shown before you place the order.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation. Please submit the payment notification form in your account. Orders not paid within 3 business days may be cancelled.
4. Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received; delivery never exceeds 30 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. Products whose seal or packaging has been opened, or which have been used, may be excluded for safety and product-integrity reasons. See Cancellation & Returns.
