Buyer: the person or company placing the order with the details given in the account/order form.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of the products ordered via https://oemserviceoil.de, with characteristics and prices as shown in the order summary, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Price and Payment
Prices include 20% VAT; shipping is shown separately. Payment by bank transfer; unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 business days.
4. Delivery
Delivery to the given address within max. 30 days after payment. If delivery becomes impossible, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
5. Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by notifying info@oemserviceoil.de. Returns are shipped via our contracted carrier at no cost to the consumer; refunds are made within 14 days. Opened/sealed-broken, used or mixed products are excluded.
6. Business Customers
Corporate buyers purchasing for commercial purposes are not consumers; withdrawal rights do not apply.
7. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
