Cancelling an Order
Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting info@oemserviceoil.de or +90 535 931 96 26 with your order number. Payments are refunded within 14 days.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
- Within 14 days of delivery, e-mail info@oemserviceoil.de with your order number, the items and your IBAN.
- We send you a return code for our contracted carrier — return shipping is free.
- Ship the unopened product in its original, leak-proof packaging within 10 days.
- The price (and the original shipping fee) is refunded within 14 days of your notice.
Non-returnable Items
Products with opened seals or packaging, used, mixed or partially emptied products, and custom-filled products.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Have the courier record any visible damage on delivery. For wrong or defective items, contact us with photos — we cover all shipping costs.
